Employee Analytics: Insights on Diversity

In this project, I used Power BI to create an HR analytics dashboard, focusing on racial and gender diversity in the dataset company.

Key insights:
1. The number of male employees is higher than that of female employees, but the difference in the average salary is not that stark.
2. There is no female employee in the Director position.
3. Minorities account for 20-25% of total employees across all job levels.
4. The average salary of minorities is lesser than that of Caucasians by $ 6.5K.
5. Asians are the most hired among all minority groups.
6. There is no employee from the African-American and Hispanic community in the Director position among the minorities.
